Flamengo tickets for tourists: how to buy and get into Maracanã

Tourists can register with a passport or foreign identity document to buy Flamengo tickets online. Flamengo's ticket FAQ accepts foreign Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as Pix. You still need the correct named ticket holder, facial registration and the original ID required for your match. Flamengo's ticket FAQ.

Watching Flamengo at Maracanã can be the highlight of a Rio trip. A little preparation helps you spend match day enjoying it: sort your booking, payment and stadium entry before you leave for the ground.

Prepare these three things separately:

• The booking: the correct match, supporter allocation, sector and named ticket holder.
• The payment: an accepted card or a supported Pix method, with the order confirmed as paid.
• The entry: completed facial registration and the original identification required for your match.

This guide covers buying through Flamengo's portal for its home matches at Maracanã. An away game, a Fluminense home match and a stadium tour can have different sellers and entry arrangements.

Start with the official Flamengo ticket site

Use ingressos.flamengo.com.br, reached from Flamengo's current ticket announcements. Check the opponent, venue, date and kickoff time before choosing a ticket. A Flamengo fixture is not necessarily a match at Maracanã.

The club warns about imitation ticket sites and payments requested outside its platform. Its direct sales do not take place in WhatsApp conversations. Follow the link in the club's announcement rather than trusting a convincing search advertisement or a message from someone offering seats. Flamengo's official-channel warning.

On the registration chooser, “torcedor visitante” means an away-team supporter. It does not mean a tourist visiting Brazil. If you want to watch from Flamengo's allocation, choose the Flamengo-supporter route. Register with your passport and prepare facial entry

From the portal's login page, choose Crie agora to create an account, then the appropriate supporter route. The public Flamengo registration form offers Passaporte/Outros, meaning passport or other document. Use the documented foreign-document option and your own details. Public registration form.

Keep your name, document and date of birth consistent through registration and ticket assignment. Read the privacy and purchase terms before submitting. Facial registration has its own process at biometria.flamengo.com.br. Bepass's Flamengo guide describes a face capture, a photo of an accepted document, including a passport, and validation of the submitted images. Set aside time for this before match day:

1. Follow the link from the official club or ticket portal and read the privacy notice.
2. Use a device with a working camera and a stable connection.
3. Take the face image in good light, following the framing instructions.
4. Photograph your original document clearly, without its plastic cover.
5. Check that the registration completes successfully. Follow any correction request before relying on it for entry.

If enrolment fails, Flamengo's FAQ directs biometric problems to suporte@bepass.com.br. Describe the error through that official support route. Avoid sending passport photos or face images to an unverified person offering ticket help. Biometric support instructions.

Bring the original identification required by the current match notice. The October home-match instructions require original photo ID even though entry uses facial recognition. Check the general-sale window and the right price

Flamengo releases tickets through different priority windows. An early sale can be for a particular Nação membership tier, while general sales open later. A visible event page does not establish that your category can buy yet or that seats remain.

Read the row labelled Público geral for your match. Before joining a membership to obtain priority, check its subscription conditions, permitted purchases and total cost. Priority is not a guarantee of availability.

For example, Flamengo's Atlético-MG announcement lists member sales from 14 October and general online sales from 16 October for the match on 26 October 2026. Those dates belong to that fixture, not a fixed advance-booking rule. Official sale schedule.

How much do Flamengo tickets cost?

Match and sector matter. These two advertised general-public, full-price examples, checked on 18 October 2026, show why a single starting price is unhelpful:

These are dated price examples, not available-seat quotes or final checkout totals. Confirm the current sector, any convenience fee and your payment provider's conversion charges. A member price or a meia-entrada price applies only when you qualify and can provide the required evidence.

Choose a sector using the current match map and supporter allocation. Do not assume a section is always mixed, always assigned to the same team or available at the price shown in an old guide. Check whether your product includes hospitality services and whether it requires an assigned seat.

Pay by foreign card or Pix

Flamengo's ticket FAQ accepts foreign Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Issuer approval and security checks still apply. Have access to your bank's authentication method and check the order status if a payment appears to fail. Flamengo's payment FAQ, purchase terms.

If your card is declined, check the bank's authentication prompt and the ticket account before trying again. A bank authorisation or pending charge is not proof the seller issued your ticket. Use the portal's official support for an unresolved order rather than generating repeated bookings and charges.

Pix is another payment option when offered for your order. For an international visitor, the useful question is whether your chosen payment app supports the actual checkout code, its payer requirements and the refund route. Paying on the same phone

If the checkout offers Pix Copia e Cola, copy its payment code into a payment app that supports that format. A QR displayed on your own phone cannot be scanned with the same phone's camera; use a supported paste or image-import route instead.

Before confirming:

• Check the recipient, bill amount and the order you are paying for.
• Review the exchange rate, payment fee and total leaving your balance. Include funding charges when comparing the full cost.
• Check the expiry on the actual checkout. Flamengo's FAQ describes a Pix code valid for ten minutes; after it expires, the portal says a new order is required.
• Complete the payment in time, then return to the ticket account and check that the order is marked paid.

An expired order needs a fresh checkout. Do not pay its saved old code. If money has already left but the ticket order is still pending, contact the ticket seller and your payment provider before paying again.

Check every ticket holder before match day

For a group, distinguish the person buying from the people attending. Flamengo's published terms allow up to three general-sale tickets per user, subject to the sale and availability. Tickets are personal, and the terms prohibit changing the named holder after purchase. Check any match-specific limit and assign the correct attendees before confirming. Check each person's:

• Match, date and time.
• Name and identification details.
• Sector, gate and any assigned seat.
• Required facial registration and its completion.
• Admission category and evidence for any reduced-price ticket.

If you are bringing children or someone who may qualify for free admission, read that match's registration and advance-request instructions. Do not assume an adult ticket, an unused seat or a family member's face registration covers another attendee.

A payment receipt, an admission code and facial registration do different jobs. A Pix QR requests payment. An order confirmation records the booking. The current Flamengo home-match instructions use registered facial entry at the gate. Buying a screenshot from someone else does not transfer their named ticket or their identity to you.

Your Maracanã match-day checklist

Do these checks before leaving your accommodation:

• Recheck the official fixture. Confirm the date, kickoff, venue and entry instructions after any schedule change.
• Check the paid order and facial registration. Save the order reference and gate details somewhere accessible.
• Bring your original identification. Follow the document requirement attached to your match and booking.
• Plan for your gate. Use the sector and gate in your order when checking MetrôRio's route planner. Check return service for your actual match, particularly after a late kickoff.
• Read the event's belongings rules. Prepare what you can take before reaching security.
• Leave time to resolve a problem. Aim to arrive before kickoff, with official support details saved.

Flamengo's FAQ says gate and seat details are available in the confirmation or ticket account, and directs match-day problems to the support point for the sector purchased. Check cancellation and the refund route before paying

Read the seller's current policy before booking around a flight, tour or other fixed commitment. Flamengo's home-match cancellation page describes a seven-day window after purchase and a 48-hour cutoff before the event. It says the convenience fee is retained and that changes to the match's date or time do not trigger a refund. These are the seller's stated conditions; check the terms applicable to your order. To request an eligible cancellation, the published route is through the purchasing account: open Ingressos, find the order details and select Cancelar Pedido. Complete the procedure and retain its confirmation. If the control fails, contact official support promptly while the applicable deadline is still open.

For Pix, check where the refund will land. The cancellation page identifies the account used to pay. If you use a travel wallet or an intermediary, confirm how that provider returns a merchant refund to you. Cancelling a ticket does not establish that the money is already back in your spendable balance.

The portal's refund wording also differs: the cancellation page describes same-day Pix returns, while its FAQ and purchase terms allow up to 48 hours. The latter allow up to 60 calendar days for a card credit, depending on the issuer. Plan without assuming an immediate return. Refund terms.

Frequently asked questions

Do tourists need a CPF to buy Flamengo tickets?

Flamengo documents a foreign-document registration route, and its public form includes a passport/other-document option. Use that route with your own identity details. A specific account or validation problem should go to official support; it does not establish that every tourist needs a CPF.

Can I pay for Flamengo tickets with a foreign card?

The Flamengo-specific ticket FAQ accepts foreign Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Issuer approval and the seller's security checks still apply. Check the payment methods shown for your actual order and confirm it is marked paid in the ticket account.

How far ahead can I buy Flamengo tickets?

Follow the official announcement for your match. Membership categories can have earlier purchase windows than the general public. There is no single advance-sale date to apply to every fixture, and a listed match does not guarantee tickets remain available.

Does visitante mean a foreign tourist on the ticket site?

It means an away-team supporter. Choose the supporter route and allocation for the team you intend to watch with. Foreign-document registration is a separate question from home or away support.

Is a screenshot of my ticket enough to enter Maracanã?

The current Flamengo home-match instructions require registered facial entry and original photo ID. Keep your booking details available for support, but prepare the actual entry requirements. A screenshot cannot replace the correct named holder or required identity registration.

Can I pay a Pix checkout on the same phone?

If the checkout provides a Pix Copia e Cola code and your payment app supports it, use its paste route. Follow the current expiry and return to the seller's account to confirm payment. Keep an unresolved paid or pending order separate from a new purchase attempt.
